Love is what we are born with. Fear is what we have learned here. The journey is the unlearning of fear and the acceptance of love back into our hearts.

Wondering Why You Haven’t Met You’re Soulmate Yet?
Did you know that one of the major blocks to finding your soulmate is a past relationship. Whether it’s with an ex, a friend, or even a parent, if you are struggling with how to heal a broken heart, it will prevent you from recognizing (and ultimately being with) your beloved.
Kindred spirits rarely find each other when their hearts are blocked. The signals your soulmate gives off are often missed when your energy is focused on your ex or the one you “believe” got away.
I know what you’re going through.
When Luke and I broke up, I was devastated. I had a very difficult time moving on because I was struggling to let him go. I believed the “if only” fantasy… if only he did this, or I did that. If only we did this or said that, we could have made this.
The truth is, Luke is one of my great teachers. The devastation I experienced turned my world upside down, but, sometimes you have to shake up a snow globe to see the beauty inside.
When you search for love, the soulmate signs are all around you especially when you meet “the one,” but if your heart is blocked your mind can’t read the signs properly.
A man who is generous may be misread as trying to buy your love or shallow.
The guy who calls on time, or is prompt for every date, may be seen as overly interested or trying too hard.
The guy who is too nice is weak or a mama’s boy.
When the heart longs for love, and all we’re used to is scraps, we misread the signs. We wait for the man who is elusive, or someone we have to chase or pursue, so we can prove we’re worth loving. Or we wait for someone who is as wounded as we believe we are so we can heal together.
These men may be good men, but they’re a heck of a lot of work and very rarely are they capable of loving the way you want them to.
And they are definitely NOT your soulmate.
If you’re chronically in relationships with men who are incapable of loving you the way you want to be loved, something is out of balance in your selection process.
That’s the time to work with a coach. As a love coach, I help clients understand where they are misaligned with the men they date and how to recognize a good man when they meet him.
Some clients need to learn how to heal their broken heart.
Others need to learn how to let go of the past. For some there is forgiveness work to do. For others, it’s cleansing work to release old habits and beliefs.
For me, it wasn’t until I began working with my love coach and that I found the courage and freedom to open my heart again to love.
I can do the same for you.
If you would like to spend some time with me, I will help start you on the right path. I offer everyone 30 minutes free to explore how to release the past and move on with your life.
